1. Learn How to Flirt

Women who are great flirts are great guy magnets. They know that its actually women who set up most flirtatious moments. How? By using ancient, universal flirting techniques. Its so simple its almost a cliché however it works! You are attracted to a man across the room, watch him until he feels your eyes on him, your eyes lock for a couple of seconds, look away and then look back at him – twice. If you sense him beginning to watch you, wait awhile (5 – 10 minutes) and do the whole game over again.

2. Learn to Like Yourself

If you don’t like yourself, how could you expect someone else to like you? Men like women you are happy with themselves. When you find yourself chatting to a man you are attracted to, don’t point out all of the things that you don’t like about yourself, talk about the positive things that are going on in your life. You don’t need to brag or lie, just show a happy, positive attitude towards your life.

3. Get Out There

Love is very unlikely to come knocking on your door. You have a far better chance of meeting available single men if you go to places where available single men hang out. Don’t worry if you don’t like nightclubs and bars, join a club or sign up for events that are happening in your town. Instead of sitting at home every night with only the cat for company, choose one night of the week to spend at your favourite coffee bar, take a book or magazine to read, or use the time to write or do some research. Shy men are far more likely to strike up a conversation with a woman after he’s seen her a few times.

4. Enjoy the Company of Men

If you haven’t really enjoyed yourself with the men you have previously spent time with, you either need to have a better understanding of what your interests, beliefs and ideals are and find men with similar ones or ask yourself whether you really are looking for an individual human being or just a mirror image of yourself.

5. Have a Life

The one thing that will send any independent, together sort of guy running more than any other is a woman who is willing to drop everything for him. Don’t wait for a boyfriend to have a social life, have both female and male friends to go out and do fun things with and don’t drop them as soon as you are in a relationship. People who do stuff are so much more interesting than those who follow their partner around like a puppy dog.

6. Make the Most of Yourself

Great, hot, interesting, available men don’t want a woman who looks like she just stepped out of a glossy magazine, but they do want a woman who takes pride in her appearance, especially when going out. If make up isn’t your thing, it doesn’t have to be, just make sure your hair is well kept, clean and glossy, your finger nails are clean and shaped and you smell good. If you always wear jeans and a jumper, why not try a flattering skirt for a change? Think about the colour of your clothes, do they suit your complexion? When you look good, you feel good and this makes you look even more attractive to the opposite sex.

Men like women who like being women. They like our curves because that’s what makes us different. You don’t have to dress overtly sexy to attract a man’s attention, but it does no harm to show a flash of leg or a hint of cleavage now and again. Men like women who know how to enjoy their femininity and their sexuality and they think that they can tell this by the clothes a woman wears. Why not make sure you are in the running?

7. Know How to Enjoy Yourself

So many women are so busy and stressed out trying to build a successful career or running around after the children that they don’t know how to relax and enjoy themselves in a man’s company. Before you walk out of the door for a date or a night on the town, leave your list of life’s shoulds, must do’s and goals behind you. A woman looking to fit a man into her carefully planned life agenda doesn’t attract men, she repels them.

8. Know What You Want in Bed

We should know by now that men are not mind readers. Don’t assume he knows what you want or need in order to enjoy yourself during sex – you have to fill him in! Instead of being embarrassed to ask, remember that most men really want to be able to please a woman in bed. For most men, being in bed with a woman who is totally turned on and into the moment with them in bed is literally one of the things they live for!
