Bookings can be made by credit/debit card online via our website or on our telephone booking line. On receipt of your payment you will be sent confirmation of your booking. By booking an event you are conveying your acceptance of Ditch or Date's Terms and Conditions.
- Ditch or Date speed dating events are held to help introduce single people in an informal atmosphere. We do not guarantee that participants in an event will make a match or that any match made will result in any further contact. We are not a matchmaking agency and we do not verify any personal information supplied by participants. We therefore recommend you treat any approach from people met through a Ditch or Date event, with caution and you satisfy yourself any information given is genuine, as you would any new contact.
- When registered for an event it is only possible to change to another event or to obtain a refund if we are provided with 5 days notice of your intentions, and then it is at the discretion of management. Due to the nature of speed dating events it is necessary to ensure the correct number and sex of participants. An administration charge will be applied to any refunds.
- Ditch or Date reserve the right to cancel, change the date or venue of an event. Ditch or Date will notify all persons registered for a rescheduled event at least 48 hours before the original event date. Any person registered for an event which has been rearranged will be entitled to a full refund of the registration fee as long as Ditch or Date have been notified of non-participation at least 24 hours before the rescheduled event.
- Ditch or Date or its associates and hosts shall not be liable for any damages arising from participation in a Ditch or Date event. This includes damages arising out of any contact with anyone participating in a Ditch or Date event. Such damages to include, but not limited to, physical injury, bodily harm or mental distress. Ditch or Date events are held at venues over which Ditch or Date and it's associates have no control. Therefore by registering for an event you agree that Ditch or Date and its associates have no liability should you suffer any loss or injury whilst on those premises.
- Ditch or Date and its associates and hosts reserve the right to refuse admission to an event, or indeed to eject from an event, anyone it considers not in a fit state to participate due to over intoxication from alcohol or other substances, inappropriate or abusive behaviour.
- By registering for an event you are providing your assurance that you are 18 years old or over and are single and therefore eligible to attend a dating event.
