Join us for a nice afternoon at Hall Place in Bexley, which is a lovely Tudor house with stunning gardens sitting on the banks of the River Cray in Bexley. We walk round the gardens at leisure, looking at the topiary sculptures, wildlife, display gardens, model gardens and a sub-tropical glasshouse with a host of exotic plants, and fish and terrapins in the pond. There is also a gift shop and plant shop to browe round. During the afternoon we stop for some optional refreshments in the riverside tea room, which has a good selection of cakes, snacks and of course the traditional afternoon tea for those with a good appetite. Our social events and are a great way to make new friends and meet new like-minded single people of a similar age in a relaxed and friendly environment. Do not worry if you are coming alone as you will made to feel welcome and introduced to all the other people who are there. This event is one of our new friendship events where people want to enhance their social life and meet new single people.
