The hidden gem called Chadwicks.

We had been looking for a new venue to host our Yarm speed dating events as the venue that we were using was great but just unfortunately a little too small – no good having speed daters crammed up when wanting to have private conversation – doesn’t create an ideal romantic mood.

Our brilliant host Stuart (who I may add met his lovely wife through attending one of our events a few years ago) recommended this venue which I have to say I certainly wasn’t disappointed with when I went to view it.

The restaurant where we are lucky enough to run our events is award winning (including the Michellin Guide for 2012 and 2013 as well as winning for the 3rd year a 2AA rosette award ) so we feel we are very lucky to be able to use this extremely tasteful venue for our events. The added bonus is that the restaurant and surrounding boothed area are closed to the public on a Monday night so this fitted perfectly with our monthly Monday speed dating events that we’ve been running in Yarm for the last 8 years.

We’ve had 2 emails and a phone call the morning after the event from 2 happy daters who attended the event and who said: ‘the venue was really stylish with lots of room to chat privately and feel relaxed. We’d definitely come here again.’

The owner of Chadwicks, Helen , has also offered each dating pair who return to the restaurant a free bottle of wine so well worth returning.
